This set is run out of a basic Horn set, with the 5 and 4 in the high post, free throw line extended. The 2 and the 3 are posted in the corners. The 1 starts the set at the top of the key.

The 4 set a ball screen for 1. 1 uses ball screen, using a hard dribble going right to force help, the 4 will use the flare screen set by the 5, 1 is looking for a opening to kick the ball to 4 for a shot.
