Iowa used this Iverson set to get their wing a cut to the basket or a post up opportunity. If 3 isn't open on the initial cut, he seals his man up toward the free throw line and 4 looks for the lob pass.

2 cuts underneath.
After 3 cuts, 1 passes to 4.

3 continues the cut to the basket.
If three isn't open on the cut, he seals his defender to look for the over the top pass.
