Fist Regular is a half court continuity action which presents multiple options for your offense, including a post up by 4 and pin down for 3.
After 1 pass to the 2 who is on the wing, 1 will make a UCLA cut and come out to the weak side of the court. 2 must look immediately to the 5 who is flashing into the high post, on ball side rubbing off of 1.
3 will then go set a cross screen for 4. 2 passes to 5 while 3 is screening 4. 5 will swing the ball to 1. 4 coming off 3's screen should be open on the week side low post.
1 should look at 4 in the low post 5 will down screen for 3 as 2 is spotting up behind the 3pt line
