Loop cuts - also known as Iverson cuts - are a great way to shift a defense. Creating a shift followed by a counter flow can often lead to an open look.
This set will almost always get you a low post catch when needed.
In the video below, the ball is fed into the post from the slot. in MOST scenarios, I like the ball reversed to the lift which creates a much better angle for a post feed.
2 makes a loop cut to the wing for a catch
1 spaces to the wing and 4 spaces to the corner
2 hands off to 3
2 cuts to the strong side block
5 slips a ball screen as 2 lifts
in some scenarios 3 can directly feed 5 on the duck in.
Another option is to hit 2 on the lift who should have a better angle for a post feed
