The San Antonio Spurs used this play to start in the 4th quarter of Game 5 of the WC Finals. It includes a zipper cut and elevator screen action. Coach Popovich used it to get Danny Green an open look from the 3 point line.
Frame 1:
1 (Mills) dribbles to the wing
2 (Belinelli) sets up his man
Frame 2:
5 (Splitter) sets a pin down screen
2 (Belinelli) runs a zipper cut to the top
1 (Mills) passes the ball to 2 (Belinelli)
Frame 3:
1 (Mills) cuts over a double flare screen by 4 (Diaw) and 3 (Green)
Frame 4:
3 (Green) uses a elevator screen by 4 (Diaw) and 5 (Splitter)
