1-3-1 Zone Defense - FastModel Sports

Defense is set up in a 1-3-1 zone. Coaches tend to use the 1-3-1 with longer defensive players that can disrupt passing lanes.
Players must move when the ball moves. Allow no direct passes. Anticipate where passes will go.
