During Game 4 of the 2008 NBA Finals between the Lakers and Celtics, Doc Rivers ran this quick post-up action out of an elbow set. The key to this is having 3 push their defender over top or at least get them between themself and the rim in order to button hook into a post and seal.
1 passed to 5 at the elbow and pinned down for 3 (Pierce). 3 wrapped off the screen to the block and 1 popped out. 5 fed 3 (Pierce) in the post for an ISO.
