During the Euroleague Women's Final Four, Yakin Dogu Universitesi ran this play to get Kayla McBride a three-pointer after a timeout. McBride, who averaged nearly 19 points per game while taking five three-point attempts per game at a near 40% clip, was able to convert on this elevator action.
1 dribbles up with wing and makes an entry pass to 5 at the elbow.
5 quickly reverses the ball to 4 at the opposite elbow.4 passes the ball to 2, who pops along the wing on the catch.
1 sets a down screen for 3 along the wing.
3 looks to cut through the lane, but quickly makes a zipper cut up the middle of the lane and uses an elevator screen from 4 and 5 at the elbows.
2 passes to 3.
