High KD Drive is an option read half-court set for both Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. The Thunder ran this several times with James Harden at the 2. It is designed to give Durant the primary option to score, and if the opportunity presents itself based on how the defense plays Durant, Westbrook will have the green light to drive to the basket.
Durant (3) lines up at the nail hole at the free throw line. Perkins (5) and Ibaka (4) flank him on the elbows, with Harden (2) lining up on one side to create a single-double read for Durant. KD can curl either way.
If Durant comes off the single screen and receives the pass, he isolates on the wing. Westbrook then cuts off a double screen from Harden and Ibaka. After Harden sets the screen for Westbrook he comes off a Euro pin from Perkins.
