This set play begins with a unique 1-4 high alignment. 4 and 5 are released to the wings as ball is entered to 5. 2 screens to release 3 on top. On 3's catch, 4 dives to right block to form double screen with 1. 2 uses double screen to catch and score at the basket.

1 cuts off 2 to block
2 screens for 3
2 clears to corner

5 pass to 3
4 cuts to block with 1
2 cuts off double screen set by 1 & 4
3 dribble entry to wing - 3 pass to 2 posting
