Here is a quick hitter used by the Miami Heat that will give you two quick options for either a three or a post entry.

5 sets a ball screen for 1
3 sets a backscreen for 4

5 sets downscreen for 3
1 looks to hit 4 on the post if the defense switches or 3 for a shot.
