Great play to isolate your 2 man in the lane using double screen. 1 clears to left side after entry pass and back screen by 5. On ball reversal 2 cuts off 1's back screen, setting up a double screen on the right side. If 2 is not open, 4 can pop out of the stack to continue possession or to get open shot.

5 back screen for 1

1 back screen for 2

2 curls off double screen set by 3 & 4
5 pass to 2 for shot
