Horns Twist option from Minnesota State Mankato. The PG comes off of the 5 man as 4 cuts to the opposite corner. The 5 man then flips the ball screen creating a large driving area for the ball handler. In the video the ball handler throws back to the player filling and are able to get a post touch.

1 comes off the ball screen set by 5.
4 cuts to opposite corner and 2 lifts up.

5 flips the ball screen for 1 to come back off.
