Drill to work on defensive toughness. Defense must get 3 defensive stops in a row before they are off and a new defensive team can start. Can add that defenses must change defense every possession (zone, man, how they will defend ball screen, double post, etc.).

If you have enough players: After each possession, a new offensive team comes on the floor
