Below are pin screen reads. These concpets are demonstrated in the below video playlist featuring the University of Virginia.

Tight Curl
Read: Defender trails the cutter. Maybe the cutter is a physical player capable of scoring around the rim in traffic.
Long Curl
AKA a "horny curl"
Read: Defender trails the cutter. The cutter is good catch and shoot player with tight footwork and quick release.
Out Cut to Corner
Read: The defender goes ball side of the screen ("over" the screen) = out cut to the corner.
AKA "fading the screen" or a "pop cut"
Straight Cut - Catch & Shoot
Read: Defender dies on the screen, straight cut to wing for catch & shoot.
This is a very difficult shot, the best make it look easy but it is not! The cutter is running away from the basket and must keep footwork tight and square the body to catch and shoot quickly.
Straight Cut - Catch & Go
Read (on right): Defender makes it through the screen (usually under, should've tight/long curled) but is lagging toward the baseline. Cutter catches and goes immediately to the middle with the drive. No hold, no triple threat - just go!
Read (on left): Defender makes it through the screen, usually on the ball side (should've out cut to the corner!) but the cutter straight cuts to wing. As a result, on the catch the defender cannot protect against baseline drive. Cutter catches and goes, no hold, no triple threat - just go!
Straight Cut - Post Entry
Read: Defender reads straight cut, gets the catch on the wing. After screening, Player 5 seals defender for a post up. Player 2 looks immediately inside.
Some motion coaches teach that all straight cuts off pin screens are for post feeds.
