I used this pick and roll action during my time at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Throwback gave us multiple options for an open 3, as well as an opportunity to throw the ball to 4 in the post with great spacing and little help.

1 looks to kick back to 5, who dribble as 2 runs off 4's baseline screen. 4 ducks in after screen.
