This play comes from legendary Head Coach Pat Riley, who used this set to take advantage of the post abilities of his then small forwards Charles Smith and Anthony Mason.
- 1 drives to the FT line extended. 2 sets a cross screen for 3, who sprints to the low post strong side.

If pass to 3 is denied, 1 throws back to 4 at the top of the key. 5 sets down screen for 2 on weak side. 4 passes to 2 who looks for a shot, drive or pass to the 5 in the post.
