This is a secondary break play that can be run for a team who has only the point guard who can effective use ball screens. It is a double backdoor that goes into a side pick and roll.

Frame 1
If at any time in secondary break, #1 makes the advance pass to #2 and gets the ball back, #1 dribbles at #4 who makes a basket cut. We want #1 to pass to him using a bounce pass on the backdoor cut.
Frame 2
#1 dribbles to replace #3 as he cuts backdoor and posts up. #1 will look to hit #3 on the backdoor. To clear the defender away, #5 comes high to the nail.
Frame 3
If the backdoor pass to #3 is not open, #3 continues to the opposite corner and #1 will dribble to the wing and keep his dribble alive. We can also give the option for #1 to drive to the basket if he can beat his man.
Frame 4
Once #1 reaches the wing, #5 will step out and set a ball screen and roll to the basket. We want #1 to be able to shoot off of the ball screen, drive to the basket, hit the ball screener rolling to the basket or pass the ball to the open help-side man off of the pick-and-roll.
