This play starts with a dive cut by 5 using up screen from 4 and a corner cut by 1. 4 pops high for ball reversal and passes to 2. Two options are available here; 3 cutting to open post off 5 and 1 coming off stagger from 4-5.

4 screen for 5

4 pops
3 ball reversal to 4
4 pass to 2
3 shuffle cut off of 5

4 & 5 set stagger for 1
2 has two options:
2 pass to 3 posting
2 pass to 1 off of stagger
