This is a play I used in the 90's at Oakland Community College to get a quick, easy post up. This misdirection play works well with a shooter and a 4 or 5 with size. You can also slip or pop the 4 off the screen.
-
1 drives off the screen by 4 in high post.
3 curls off 5 to ball side block. -
1 throws back to 4, who dribbles to the wing and hits 5 on the duck in.
