Here is another play that is run frequently by Greg McDermott at Creighton. This set play is unique because it is run from a 2-3 high set with 1 and 2 at top so that 2 can eventually receive the stagger screen later in the play (this can be done out of a 4-out 1-in set by having the trailing big exchange with the weak side guard). This is a great way for you to get your team opportunities for easy 2's or a 3 pointer from the top of the key.
1 passes to 3. 1 and 2 x cut off of 5.
3 reverses the ball to 4. 4 needs to get himself open.
3 shuffle cuts off a back screen from 2. 1 looks to hit 3 cutting to the basket.
5 and 4 set a stagger screen for 2. 1 passes the ball to 2. 2 looks for a shot if he is free.
After setting his screen. 4 will pop out to the wing to receive a reversal pass from 2. 5 will seal his man in the post and 4 will look to feed the ball into the post.
