Screen-the-screener option out of the Oklahoma City Thunder's "Pitch" series. The OKC Thunder normally run this as a misdirection to get Carmelo Anthony an isolation at the logo area after he sets the down screen when x4 has to help as 1 comes off the screen.

1 dribbles at 4 for a pitch.

1 cuts off 5's back screen.

4 passes to 5.
1 sets flex screen for 3.
4 screens down for 1.
5 has option of passing to 3 or 1. -
4 post up at the logo for an isolation.
