Drill that works on post play and passing into the post. Allow guards and bigs to both post up and be passers. Can add demonstration defenders to the passers to make the passing more game like.

First player is on offense.
Second player is on defense.
Last two players are on offense.
First player tosses the ball out to the wing area and the defense closes out.
The other two offensive players sprint to proper spacing.

Player 1 passes to an offensive player and cuts to the basket.
Post 1v1 is then played live.

Outside players can pass to each other to allow the offense to seal the defense.
No lob passes allowed.
