This is a play that VCU head coach Shaka Smart ran in his first season with the Rams. This play is all about timing and patience. 4 must wait for 5 to clear the elbow before rolling out to set the pick. Furthermore, 1 must also be patient and allow 4 to be set before using the screen.

1 passed to 2. 1 and 3 exchange. 2 passes to 3 who swings to 1.

5 sprints out and slips a side pick and 4 sets a pick & pop with 1. Throwback for a 3 pter or hit 5 ducking in after rolling. 2 and 3 can exchange to occupy the defense.
