The Cleveland Cavs ran this as their first set play out of a timeout in their playoff opener against the Indiana Pacers. 2 cuts off fo the flex screen for the first option. 2 then turns to screen for 5. This action gives the Cavs two different look options. In this situation 3 passes to 5 for a layup. If that option is defended.2 should be open on the down screen from 4.

3 cuts to the ball for the pass back from 4.

2 cuts to the basket off of the screen from 5.

2 turns around and screens for 5.
4 screens for 2.
3 has options of 5 at the basket or 2 up top for a 3.
