Here is a quick hitter from a 1-4 high set that gives you some quality scoring options. This is a great set to run if you have a point guard who can shoot the 3 or if you want to isolate your 5 man on the block.

1 passes to 2 on the wing and cuts to the post.

2 attacks off a ball screen from 5. 1 cuts off of screens from 4 and 3. 1 looks for a pass from 2 on the wing.

5 man can slide into the post after the ball screen for an isolation option as well.
