Down 3, less than 10 seconds to go, and no timeouts remaining, Penn ran this "Winner" play after a made basket to try to tie the score in their first round NCAA Tournament game against Texas A&M. The shooter sets a down screen to free the reversal, then runs through a double post elevator screen to the corner for the open look at 3.

1 sprint dribbles across half court and switches sides of the floor.
3 cuts to the rim and loops up on the weak side of 2's down screen.
5 sprints down the floor to get below 4.

Immediately after setting the down screen, 2 receives an elevator screen from 4 and 5.
1 reverses to 3 who reverses to 2 for the shot.
