Out of this Transition action alone you have a DHO, Middle Ball Screen, and movement options that force the Defense into multiple rotations.
At the end, the ability to have their 4 either step out to hit the jumper or post-up provides a finish to this action which is good for all levels of play.
1 (#5 Allen) passes to 3 (#35 Trier) coming off a down screen from 5 (#14 Ristic)
2 (#1 Alkins) cuts to the strong side corner
4 (#10 Markkanen) cuts into the elbow ball side
1 (#5 Allen) receives an elbow screen from 4 (#10 Markkanen) and cuts into the lane and back out again
3 (#35 Trier) executes a DHO with 1 (#5 Allen) and slides to the wing
4 (#10 Markkanen) dives to the post after screening
5 (#14 Ristic) sprints to screen for 1 (#5 Allen) who comes off the screen, spins back and hits 3 (#35 Trier) on the wing
4 (#10 Markkanen) relocates to the weak side block to allow 5 (#14 Ristic) space to roll off the ball screen
1 (#5 Allen cuts weak side corner)
2 (#1 Alkins) lifts to the wing
5 (#14 Ristic) relocates as 4 (#10 Markkanen) flashes to the FT line
3 (#35 Trier) passes to 4 (Markkanen)
3 (#35 Trier) cuts towards 4 (#10 Markkanen) and takes a hand-off, spins back and hits 4 (#10 Markkanen) who post-up
