High Post Entry with Flare Screen & Side Ball Screen - FastModel Sports

With this set you need a point guard that can shoot it coming off of a flare screen. Throw the high post entry pass to your best post passer. Make sure your wing on the same side as the flare screen starts to cut to the opposite corner as soon as the high post entry pass is made to allow the side ball screen isolation. This play is from the 2012-2013 Wisconsin Green Bay season.

1. 1 passes to 4, 3 clears to the opposite corner.
2. 1 cuts off of 5's flare screen.
Option 1 - 4 passes to 1 for a shot off of the flare screen.

1. 4 clears to the wing, 5 sets 1 a side ball screen.
Option 2 - 1 creates his own shot off of the ball screen.
Option 3 - 1 passes to 5 on the pick and roll
1 passes to 4 for a three point shot.
Option 4 - 1 passes to 4 for a three point shot.
Option 5 - 1 passes to 2 for a three point shot.
Option 6 - 1 passes to 3 for a three point shot.
