The main key teaching point with this play is getting your 2 to sell that he is cutting towards 4 for a hand off. Once the defense over plays him, he can cut hard backdoor. You have to put a passing big man in 4's position to make the pass to 2 for a lay up. This play is from the 2010-2011 Houston Rockets season.
1. 1 dribbles over to the wing. 4 flashes up.
2. 1 passes to 4, 2 cuts up towards the wing and then cuts backdoor.
Option 1 - 4 passes to 2 for a lay up on the backdoor cut.
