This play will isolate your best post up player in the paint to catch and score. 4 uses a screen for 1 as a decoy to button hook back to the ball as it is quickly reversed. Give it a try!

5 reverses ball to 2

4 uses a decoy screen for 1 and button hooks back for post-up
