The LA Clippers opened their Christmas Day game against the LA Lakers with a lob dunk out of this play. 1 passes the ball to the wing and then receives it back on the weak side after a ball reversal. 4 & 5 follow with screens on the ball. 1 uses the screen from 5 and throws it to the rim for a lob. 4 pops to the wing for a secondary option.

1 passes to 2 and cuts to the weakside wing.
2 reverses the ball to 4 to 1.

4 & 5 set a ball screen for 1.
1 drives baseline off of 5's screen.
5 rolls to the basket to get the pass from 1.
4 pops for a secondary option.
