Box set with 1 dribbling to left wing. 3 and 2 down screen for 4 as 5 posts up. Ball is reversed to 4 and he pass fakes to the right wing and returns the ball to 1 on the left wing. On the catch 5 sets on ball screen for 1 for ball penetration to the paint. On weak side 3 uses down screens by 2 and 4 to separate for shot.
