The 2 inbounds the ball to the 5 and the 1 comes up to get the ball from the 5. On the weakside the 4 sets a flare screen to get the 3 to the corner.

The 5 and 2 make their way down to the baseline. The 4 works his way to the weakside elbow.

The 2 sets a back pick for the 4 and pops to the three above the break. The 5 sets the second screen and the 4 curls around it for the jump shot. The 5 can pop to the corner 3 if they have that range.
