Good quick hitting play to get your off guard in a double ballscreen and finish up with roll/replace action.

PG enters to 5.

2 cuts open to the wing. 5 hits 2. 4 steps out and backscreens for PG to the basket and out to the corner.

5 and 4 then set a double ballscreen for 2. 2 attacks the ballscreen.

After setting 5 rolls to the basket and 4 pops looking for a shot.
