Miami Continuity Offense vs Zone - FastModel Sports

About This Play/Drill

In Gmunden we have used this Zone Offense in the past with great success.

1 makes the pass to 3 on the wing & cut and replaces receiving a pass from 3.
3 drops to the ball side corner. 4 comes from the weak side elbow to set a screen on the top defender of the zone & rolls to the basket. 5 slides under the zone and looks to pin the outside low defender. 1 comes off the screen looking to hit 4 on the roll, 2 catch & shoot, or 5 who has gone under the defense looking to pin on the block.
If the ball goes to 5 in the low post he can look to skip the ball to 2 on the weak side
4 cuts out to the weak side block when he does not receive the pass
Offense then continues with 2 passing back to 1 & 5 sets the screen on the top defender of the zone
