Yale WBB ran this BLOB against St. Peter's (NJ) WBB on 12-19-13.

1 backscreens for 4

4 dives towards the ball

2 slides up lane
1 comes off double set by 2 and 5

3 enters to 1
If 1 receives pass, 1 looks to score

5 receives brush screen from 2 and slides to the block looking for pass (from inbounder or 1)

After screening, 2 serves as the safety, if ball is not inbounded to 1 and if 5 is not open for inbounder as well
