Spain was down 2 with 1.8 seconds left against Croatia and ran this play to get a layup opportunity for Pau Gasol. 1 & 5 start with a double screen for 4 to get a look at a 3 from the corner. 2 then sets a backscreen for 5 to get to the basket.

2 screens for 5 coming to the basket.
