Grand Canyon ran this play using a short roll/Hoiberg roll combination. The Hoiberg roll sends the low post player under the basket instead of replacing the high ball screener.
1 dribbles off of a high ball screen from 5.
5 makes a short roll and 4 does a Hoiberg roll under the rim.
