The Chicago Bulls summer league team ran this variation of the Wedge play to get the ball inside for a post up play. Frequently teams try to get the ball into the post on the initial side of the floor after the screen from 2. In this play 2 pops out to receive the pass from 1 after he sets his screen. 4 and 3 set simultaneous screens to get 5 open in the post and to free up 2 to make the post entry pass to him.

1 dribbles to the wing.
2 screens for 5 and pops out to receive the pass from 1.
4 is sprinting into a ball screen on the pass.
3 cuts into the post.

4 sets a ball screen for 2.
At the same time 3 sets a cross screen for 5.
2 comes off the ball screen and passes to 5 in the post.
3 clears to the weakside for spacing.
