The Spurs used this play in the Playoffs against OKC. They empty out one side of the floor using a cross screen from the guard for the trailing post.
1 dribbles up the right wing as 2 empties out of the corner to set a screen for 4.
5 moves across the lane.
1 can use 4 as a ball-screen or can pass to 4 at the high post.
