Here is a play used by Villanova in the Elite 8 game against Kansas. The Wildcats loop the post around the bottom defenders and look for a quick duck in.
4 players are spread out as the ball is moved to the wing.
5 loops around the back side of the defender and looks to duck in for a quick post up.
