Here are a few options out of Jay Wright's "Horns Series". The plays show a roll/pop option, a weakside ball screen option, and a "chop action" option.
-
1 dribbles off of 4 to the right.
If x2 helps on the roll, 1 passes to 2 for a shot.

If nothing is there, the ball is reversed.

5 can follow the ball to set a ball screen.

On this option, x3 helps on the roll by 4 leaving a gap for 3 to cut into (chop action).
