Here is a set play used by Texas against Northern Iowa in in the NCAA Tournament. Coach Shaka Smart adds to a ball-screen with a built in weave behind it.

1 dribbles off of a flat ball-screen from 5.
If 1 doesn't have anything, he gives 2 the ball with a handoff.

2 drives middle and can give the ball to 3 with a dribble handoff.
