Here is a play used by Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks. The cut to the elbow by Frank Mason lets Perry Ellis make the UCLA cut. If he is'nt open, Mason pops out for a pick and roll at the top of the key.

1 cuts to the left elbow.

4 makes a UCLA cut off of 1.
3 passes to 1 stepping out.

5 sets a ball-screen for 1.
5 rolls and 4 replaces 5.
