4 sets a down-screen for 2 who cuts up the lane line. If 2 isn't open, 5 sets a flare screen as 4 sets a cross-screen for 3. If neither of those options is open, 5 flashes to the ball. 1 makes a hard cut to the basket looking ofr the give and go pass.

1 looks to pass to 2 or 3 for a shot.
