About This Play/Drill

Utah Double Stagger action out of a SPNR with Poeltl.

Tremendous way to flow into your Early Offense or run it as a set play vs M2M.

If you want to see some good ball and player movement, tune in and watch the Utes.

Utah Dribble Drag Double Action vs M2M

1 Taylor (#11) comes off the Drag Screen from 4 Kuzma (#35) who rolls into the lane looking for a quick hit action

5 Poeltl (#42) replaces the rolling screner

1 Taylor (#11) reverses the ball to 5 Poeltl (#42) who passes to 2 Bonam (#15) on the wing

3 Loveridge (#21) steps into the lane on the weak side setting up the next action

5 Poeltl (#42) sprints to screen on the wing as 2 Bonam (#15) comes off the ball screen looking to attack

4 Kuzma (#35) & 5 Poeltl (#42) set a double stagger screen for 3 Loveridge (#21) who comes off looking for the throwback pass to the wing for catch & shoot 3 pt shot

Here, 2 Bonam (#15) hits 4 Kuzma (#35) right off setting the screen under the basket
