#1 picks a side and dribbles to the gap. Both wing players drop to the baseline.

#4 and #5 set ball screens against the guards of the zone. The weak-side wing cuts to the free throw line extended area. The strong-side wing cuts no higher than halfway between the free throw extended and corner.

On the pass from #1 to the wing the strong-side post (#4) screens the center of the zone for the weak-side post (#5) to cut.
