Favorite Send to FastDrawIn his first year as head coach of the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces, Bill Lambier was given a tough task: effectively blend the offensively post play-minded games of 2018 Rookie of the Year A'Ja Wilson and newly acquired All-Star Liz Cambage. With 18.6 seconds remaining in the second half and leading the Connecticut Sun by 1 point, Coach Lambier calls "Thumbs Up" as an end of time score. The play demonstrates an effective use of an offense that desires to optimize two talented post players. The play is a quick hitter that begins with a high ball screen and can lead to a low post lay-up, or a three-point opportunity. The play can be successful for end of time situations, and contains easy actions for a play call after a timeout. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Dribble Option is the third option within our 30 Series transition offense. Note: This offense can be ran on either side of the court. The point guard choses the side and the 5 and 4 adjust their running lanes accordingly. See video below. More 30 Series: Chase Option Keep Option Down Option See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Keep Option is the 2nd option our 30 Series. If 1 sprints hard off 2's shoulder it will force 2x to help or a switch and free up 2 attacking off 5's ball screen. This opens up a lot of options for 2 as she attacks. See video below. More 30 Series: Chase Option Dribble Option Down Option See More
Favorite Send to FastDraw30 Series is a secondary break offense that is at it's best when flowing from transition before the defense gets set. If ran at full speed, with proper spacing and effective screens this offense will create high percentage shots for your team. There are four differnet ways to start the offense and it's all based on reads. We want our young ladies to use different options to keep the defense off balance. I first saw this presented by Dave Severns of the Los Angeles Clippers at the Northern Arizona University Coaches Clinic. This is known as the Pistol or Hurry Up Offense in NBA circles. I haven't seen very many women's programs running this and it can be very effective in the women's game. See video below. More 30 Series: Keep Option Dribble Option Down Option See More
