This play is great to get the ball to the block while keeping the other team's post away from help and also sets up an easy elbow jumpshot.

1 makes an entry pass to 4 then runs off for a fake hand-off to step up screen for 2. 4 pivots to face after fake hand-off

1 sets the Flex screen for 2 then receives the down screen from 5
